The following terms are intended to help you understand the ticket purchase process, your obligations and rights towards TICKETCORE. Each ticket you buy is the license to watch the relevant show and it is subject to any additional terms that may be indicated in it.
Payment for the products and services distributed through our website is made by charging the user's debit or credit card or via PayPal. The card is charged upon the booking the tickets and completion of the online transaction. The website of TICKETCORE has taken all appropriate measures to secure card transactions. If the card can not be charged, the order is automatically canceled.
In the event that the amount you paid for a ticket is obviously incorrect and regardless of the reason for this (incorrect input of information by you or incorrect information or temporary error in the software on this website), then TICKETCORE shall have the right to cancel your ticket and return its value to you.
If you do not receive a confirmation message through a confirmation page after sending your details to complete your payment, or if an error message or service interruption occurs when sending your details, it is your responsibility to contact TICKETCORE to find out whether your transaction was completed or not. TICKETCORE does not accept responsibility for any financial or other loss if you do not receive a confirmation of your order for any reason.
Receipt of tickets is made by sending them to the email, which was declared when they were purchased, in pdf format. Tickets can also be issued and picked up from the designated points of service or from the ticket offices of the relevant show facility. Upon your arrival at the relevant facility you shall be required to have your identity card with you. It is recommended, for your better service, to arrive at such points at least 60' – 120' before the start of the event.
After the completion of your transaction, no refund or change to your tickets is possible. Tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed are also not covered. If a show is canceled, refund of money associated with extra charges is not possible. If the cancellation of a transaction is approved, only the amount corresponding to the ticket's nominal price is refunded and not the extra charges (e.g. service charge for the distribution of tickets).
TICKETCORE is not liable towards users for damages that may arise from the non-execution or inappropriate execution of their order. In any case, our company shall make sure to inform users in good time of the unavailability of seats. Our website is not responsible for any unavailability of the system, nor does it guarantee the uninterrupted, accurate and error-free provision of the service.
Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the website, including, but not limited to, unauthorized ticket sales and use of any mechanism in the pages of such website, shall be investigated and all legal remedies will be followed.
